GOST R FROM SGS - YOUR TICKET TO THE RUSSIAN MARKET

The GOST R Certificate of Conformity is the most commonly used certification system in Russia. It verifies that your products meet mandatory safety standards in Russia. Original or certified copy of Certificate of Conformity is required for customs clearance at the Russian border as well as for sale and / or marketing within the country. The certified product should be marked by the registered GOST R sign (so called Mark of Conformity), which clearly demonstrates product compliance to the applicable Russian standards.

Since 1993, SGS has been the only global company to be accredited by Gosstandart of Russia (former name for the Federal Agency on the Technical Regulation and Metrology) to provide GOST R certification services. SGS also operates accredited laboratories to support our certifications. So look out for the GOST R Mark of Conformity and the registration number - CH01 and AИ 01.
